Officiation of Wedding Ceremony Request Form

St. Luke and Pastor Allen welcome an opportunity to host and preside over wedding ceremonies of Christian couples. All wedding ceremonies, members and non-members ceremonies, must be spiritual in nature and consistent with our core beliefs.

Pastor Allen will only perform wedding ceremonies for couples who attend premarital counseling. If one or both persons are St. Luke members, counseling must be provided by Pastor Allen, an appointed ordained minister, a certified marriage counselor (preferably of Christian persuasion), or another minister of the couples choice per Pastor Allen’s approval.

All non-members seeking both the use of the facilities and/or Pastor Allen’s services must BOTH self-identify as Christian. They must also be willing to undergo pre-martial counseling under the same aforementioned guidelines.
