The Pastoral Leadership Team

The Pastoral Leadership Team assists the Pastor with the following:

• Strategic Planning;
• Crisis Management;
• Communications;
• Vision Implementation and Management;
• Accountability.

Organized by Pastor Allen in response to the COVID19 pandemic, the PLT consists of 12 persons selected by the Pastor through prayer, with consideration of their position and leadership abilities in relation to the congregation’s mission and vision.  The make-up of the group will be evaluated annually and changed as needed.
